چکیده

In the real business environment, due to unpredictable market demand or high prediction difficulty and low accuracy, there will be inevitably operational loss in field of e-commerce logistics caused by undersupply oversupply express service capabilities. At present, China is deepening supply-side structural reforms. Confronted with growing for delivery, especially urgent tackling orders piling up 1 billion pieces during recent “Double 11” shopping carnival, it very important practical us study how make scientific decisions on supply side delivery. Therefore, this paper, we design a sharing cooperation mechanism considering both delivery capabilities under stochastic demand. By comparing earnings data several listed companies, analyze four types optimization strategies: order flow proportion revenue strategy (RE-OFP), combined factors (RE-RSF), risk (RS-OFP), (RS-RSF). The research results demonstrate that strategies RE-OFP, RE-RSF, RS-OFP, RS-RSF could achieve Pareto improvements performance service. varies different factors. Under some certain factors, contract help realize chain coordination based equity investment proposed hereafter provides feasible solution solve problems empty driving rate cost urban areas.

Quantifying Inefficiency of Fair Cost-Sharing Mechanisms for Sharing Economy

Sharing economy, a distributed peer-to-peer eco-nomic paradigm, gives rise to a variety of social interactionsfor economic reasons. One common distributed decision-makingprocess is the coalition formation to share certain replaceable re-sources collaboratively, for example, sharing hotel rooms amongtravelers, sharing taxi-rides among passengers, and sharingregular passes...

On the Efficiency of Sharing Economy Networks

We consider a sharing economy network where agents embedded in a graph share their resources. This is a fundamental model that abstracts numerous emerging applications of collaborative consumption systems. The agents generate a random amount of spare resource that they can exchange with their one-hop neighbors, seeking to maximize the amount of desirable resource items they receive in the long ...

Cost sharing: efficiency and implementation

We study environments where a production process is jointly shared by a finite group of agents. The social decision involves the determination of input contribution and output distribution. We define a competitive solution when there is decreasing-returns-to-scale which leads to a Pareto optimal outcome. Since there is a finite number of agents, the competitive solution is prone to manipulation...

New efficiency results for makespan cost sharing

In the context of scheduling, we study social cost efficiency for a cost-sharing problem in which the service provider’s cost is determined by the makespan of the served agents’ jobs. For identical machines, we give surprisingly simple cross-monotonic cost-sharing methods that achieve the essentially best efficiency Moulin mechanisms can guarantee. Still, our methods match the budget-balance of...

The Effect of Mutual Task Sharing on the Number of Needed Health Workers at the Iranian Health Posts; Does Task Sharing Increase Efficiency?

Background Nowadays task sharing is a way to optimize utilization of human resources for health. This study was designed to assess the effect of task sharing, mutually between midwives and Family Health Workforces (FHWs), on the number of needed staff across the Iranian Health Posts.   Methods The workload and required number of midwives and FHWs in a Health Post were calculated and compared in...
